AX pro losing connection after router change?

I have an AX pro system linked to a NVR (DS-7608NXI-K2/8P) with several acusense cameras which worked well until we have changed router and internet provider. We are located in the countryside and we were using satellite internet but speed was too slow, so we decided to change to a 5G router which provides much faster speed and allow to see cameras in a few seconds.

The problem is that after this change, the ax pro hub loses connection randomly (but the nvr continues with good connection). The sim card in the ax pro hub continues sending SMS when alarm triggers but no data connection and no option to disarm the system from the phone app.

Maybe the IP changes in the router affects the Ax pro?

Ax pro has latest firmware, and is connected with ethernet, wifi and sim card.
 
Maybe run SADP and check the IP addresses shown in the list that it provides?
Check that the line entry for your AX Pro hub is showing the correct Gateway IP address for your new router.
