As of October 1st 2020, newly purchased Axis cameras now come with a 5 Year Warranty. This new service offers customers further peace of mind with their investment.
Axis have always been known for their first class support but they have now truly cemented this standard by offering this hardware warranty by increasing the service from 3 years to 5 years.
Users will be covered for defects in design, workmanship and material under normal use for 5 years from the date of shipment. Products under the 5 year warranty period will either be repaired or replaced at no further cost.
To keep track of your warranty status simply check Axis Device Manager (ADM).
