Best value CCTV setup for house?

Hi, I'd like to install a home security system with a minimum of 2 cameras, one outside and one inside the house. Basically, I'd like to record the video to a HDD - preferably to record for 2 months or more, and also have a movement detection /email alerts. But the movement detection would need to be adjustable, not over sensitive to tiny movements or changes in lighting conditions. I'm thinking of spending around 200 euros. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi - are you still able to sell Hikvision to the end user with the introduction of Hiwatch? We’ve budgeted £500 for a 4 camera system and have been looking at 4MP ANNKE, Reolink etc but could we get a similar Hikvision system for the same sort of money? Or are Hiwatch systems any good? Thanks.
