Black lines and "No video"

I am using DS-7A04HQHI-K1 DVR with a bullet camera.Till last week it was working fine but suddenly it displays black screen with lines in the video and then shows "no video"
After that I removed the video pin and reconnected then it worked for few days.But again I am seeing the same issue now.Please help.
