Book an engineer to replace Mobotix T25 Keypad

I am looking to book an engineer to replace my mobotix T25 Keypad.

I have been given a quote so just need someone to come out.

Please can someone advise

We are all office based, we don't have any field engineers.

I am confused as to why this is so difficult.

Are you the motobix T25 manufacturers?

I spoke to someone who told me to come on to the forum and ask for an engineer to supply and fit a new keypad as the number 0 is broken on my current one.

It seems like no one knows what is going on.

We are not Mobotix, we are use-IP Ltd and are only a reseller of Mobotix products.

If you want someone to install a Mobotix system you will need to share the town/city/region of where the install is happening so other forum users from that area or who have installed across the country can make recommendations.

If you don't want to share that information here then we would recommend you google for an installer in your area. (make sure to search for IP Installers and Mobotix installers as not all CCTV installers will have experience with both IP and Mobotix)

If it is only one component that is faulty you can always contact your original installer/supplier and/or Mobotix directly to confirm if it is still in warranty and organise a replacement - Contact Us
