Camera alternating offline / online on only one of a pair of NVRs?

Hello guys,

I am using two NVRs from the shared ethernet poe switch, one camera has the problem which is going online and offline on one NVR, but the same camera on another NVR has no problem!

So how could I fix this issue with that NVR?

The model of NVR is DS-9664NI-I8, Firmware version is V4.61.025, Build 220905
The version of camera is V5.8.3 build 230411
The camera model is DS-2DF8A842IXS-AEL

Are both of the DS-2DF8A842IXS-AEL cameras connected to the same PoE switch?
Can you confirm the model number of the PoE switch you are using?

Not sure if this issue was resolved or not. But sounds like user issue. As I recalled maximum amount of user per NVR device is 5. So if you have 2 NVRs for 1 cam, 1 NVR works and the other one doesnt. Potentially at max user. Go ahead and delete the camera off the NVR #1 and see if you can see on #2
