Camera choice to look back at the rear doors of my house?

Looking for a camera to place on my shed to look back covering a corner section of my house to cover the doors and windows .
I will try to attach a pic of the view it will need to cover. It will be around 2.2 m high and I can attach it under a soffit on shed or inside the shed behind a window ..( best option please )
What would you suggest .

Is your shed in the same place as where you took the photo from?

If so, I would recommend either of the below with a 2.8mm lens:

Both can be mounted under a soffit and there is very little difference in performance - the mini domes are the more discreet option and also vandal-proof, but the glass dome bubble means that they sometimes require a bit more attention to keep the inside and outside of the dome clean.
