Camera goes offline when it's cold outside

Hello all,

I have 3 x 2cd2385g1 cameras setup and one of them always wents offline when the temperature outside is below -12C. Is this normal behaviour? If yes, then why other same model cameras whistands even -23C? Am I supposed to contact the seller for repair/replacement?

The operating temperature for that model is -30 to +60 as shown below from the data sheet..
