Camera suggestions

We are looking for a two camera (bullet), exterior, PoE CCTV kit that records to a HDD. One of the cameras will be 25-30m from the HDD box and would require a side installation bracket. This is for home use.

Can you please recommend a suitable kit/system for our use?

Have also read about OpenCV. Should this be a consideration?
