Camera with network failover capability?

Hi all, I have read a lot of user and installation manual of many common manufacturers and models but... Is there a camera model able to automatically switch from ethernet connection to wi-fi if link goes down?

Not that I am aware of.
I don't think that it is a failure mode that they cater to.

Some will record to a microSD card in the camera, and when used with typically the more advanced software solutions restore the recordings back to the central recorder when the network is restored after downtime.

The use case is related to a network cable connected via powerline and an electrical blackout
