Can´t access Hikvision Device management from browser?

Hi all,

I have a HikVision CCTV system and, since some days ago I am unable to access de device management via web browser. I can enter my account to here ( see pic) and when i press the IP address, another window opens and.... nothing. I tryed with Chrome, Chrome with IE tab (the usual way for me to enter), Edge (with IE compatibility), Opera, Firefox,... same results. I can see the cameras (and access recordings) via mobile app and using IVMS-4200 3.7.0.5 client.

I have to redefine the detection areas (they are periodically lost, without any action from me) and i am used to do that in the web based device management. I can´t.

Can someone please help me?

As far as I know it hasn't been possible to do this via Hik-Connect for a very long time - maybe 18 months.

Nowadays, if you need to access a device in a browser remotely you have to set up port forwarding.
