Door Entry Can anyone advise if the DS-KD8003-IME1 is zero voltage on the NO terminals?

Hi all, installed a new Hikvision CCTV solution and all working fine. Replacing the intercom now that controls a FAAC 455 gate control board. The FAAC control board only works with clean contact zero voltage triggers. Can anyone advise if the KD8003 is zero voltage on the NO terminals? thanks
