can`t add a second ptz camera to hilook app

i have 2 hilook vision ptz cameras one here in the states and another in mexico.i can view the mexico cam on my phone but i can`t add the ptz from here in the staes. when i scan the qr code it says this device has already been added by another account .i can view this cam on my laptop.how can i add it to the app on my phone?
 
Hi @prop

A device can only be added to one main Hik-Connect account, which can then share it with other accounts.

If you don't know which account the camera has been added to already, then you will need to unbind it (you'll be asked for the camera's password that you use to access it on your laptop) - this video shows you how to do this:

Once unbound, you should be able to add it to your account.

Also, we recommend using this method for adding devices to your Hik-Connect account instead of scanning the camera's QR code:
