Hik-Connect Cannot access cameras remotely on Hik connect when not at home.

Hi. up until recently I have enjoyed access to my cameras through the Hik Connect App whilst away from home,but now when I am away from home all the cameras show as offline.I have checked the upload speed on my home internet and this is fine.I have the App on both my iPhone and IPad but cannot access on either.Any help would be appreciated

Anything change with your internet setup at home recently? If not, remove the cameras from Hikconnect on your Apple devices and re-add them.
