Cannot download video from my DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P NVR?

Hi all, I'm trying to download video from my DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P but constantly get errors. I have tried both the Capture button (get 'Capture failed') and using the Download > Search (get 'download failed').

NVR firmware is V4.30.061 build 210313. I am using IE mode in Edge on Windows 11 (running as administrator).

Does anyone know how i can get this to work?

My bad, found the firmware update, URL keeps changing!

I do have another issue during playback and recording though. As you can see from the image below, the playback time at the bottom does not match the video, it's always several seconds out. And also, when I clip a section of the recording, when I play it back it is offset 30 seconds or so.
