Can't open config page

my 1st post
Have 4 Door Stations, 2 Indoor Stations. Were all working but not any more, but thats not my issue.

The 2 Door Stations are DS-KD8003/Eu now on Firmware V2.2.50 Build 210728
I bought 2 new Door Stations which are DS-KD8003 they are on Firmware V2.2.3 build 200805

I am using iVMS-4200 V3.6.1.5 build 20210831

I've added the new Door Stations, they say online, but then i click on cog to access remote configuration, rather then bringing up the config page, it tries to load a webpage.
127.0.0.1:8090/dispatchConfig.html

The port number changes if i delete the device then re-add it.

iVMS is installed on windows 2019 and we do run a webserver.

But as the other 2 Door Stations work fine i am really confused.

Anyone have any idea?

Just an update.
Now all 4 Door Stations are not working.

Update!
Installed the software on to a different computer and its all working fine.

Guessing it's related to the server having a websever active.
