Capture Schedule not doing anything?

Hello,

I have set up a Capture Schedule in my DS-2CD1023G0E-I as follows:

And in Network -> Advanced settings I have set up the FTP Data as follows:

Using the Test button actually saves the file "test" with the content "this is a test for ftp from IP CAMERA".

But the job never runs. In absence of some logging to look at what it is doing I am now lost in trying to find out what it is (not) doing.

Help is apreciated

I just found out that another cam I use with firmware version V5.7.2 build 211230 actually works fine. The one where it does not work, runs fimware V5.5.84 build 210104.

The issue though: I cannot upgrade. I keep on getting "The type of upgrade file mismatches." (regardless if I use the downloaded ZIP file directly or the digicap.dav included in the ZIP file.

What firmware file/version are you trying to use?

The latest version I could find was v5.7.4 on the Hikvision website

Yes. That is the version I am trying. I suspect it has something to do with the fact that I am (probably) running a chinese Version. I bought the camera from a Thai Shop here in Thailand.

I also tried using the batch configuration tool. But that also fails.

Intresting is that the Batch configuration thinks there is nothing to upgrade (see error messages)

Same device type, same model number.
