CCTV for outside storage yard no power?

Any ideas for a CCTV system to be placed in a yard that has no power, phone lines anywhere close by. Basically its a storage area for a builder and he keeps his materials and tools on site. He’s had several breaks recently and needs something that is sturdy and that he can dial into.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Just a quick response to say that a solution based upon Pro kit tends to get quite expensive.
e.g. this solar powered camera alone costs £1,100:
Hikvision DS-2XS6A25G0-I/CH20S40 Solar Panel Kit

Add £900 for their recommended battery pack!
Plus a 4G router, SIM card, storage card, etc.

With luck somebody might drop by and recommend a more eBay / Amazon type cost-effective solution ...
