CCTV videos won't load

Hi

Can anyone help?

I can't see any of my video notifications for my CCTV.
It says it's loading goes from 0 per cent to 90 something percent but never actually loads
Says 'device streaming timed out'
I can load it to watch it live but can't see any of the video notifications which is no good!
Can anyone help?

Is this in the Hik-Connect app? Can you please confirm what version of the app you are currently running?
Do you have the cameras added directly to the app or are they connected to an NVR which you've added to the app?
Can you please confirm the current firmware your cameras and/or NVR are using?

Open the Hik-Connect app and go to Me > About and you should see the current app version there.

Can you access the NVR with a PC/browser on your local network or do you access it with a direct HDMI monitor?
