Guys, I want to ask, in my office I use NVR HIKVISON DS-7616NI-Q1. For video playback / recording that has a time difference with live view, can it be changed?

Can you please provide more information because I don't quite understand what the issue is.
If the live view time/date sync is correct, your recordings should use the same correct time/date information.
