Choppy playback on 4g

Hi all , hope you can help , I'm getting choppy playback on 4g when on live view on the hik app , firstly I presume that the sub stream is the stream I watch in my phone ???
I have them set at these settings, can anyone look at them and see if anything needs to be changed ?? Thank you for your help .

You might see an improvement if you lower the frame rate / use h.265/+

Excellent, I'll try that , I honestly thought that a higher frame rate was better ?? Thanks
