Hik-Connect Closed eye notification showing in the Hik-Connect App?

Anyone have any idea as to why 2 of the camera have the closed eye symbol next to them, both cameras aren’t working

Anyone have any idea as to why 2 of the camera have the closed eye symbol next to them, both cameras aren’t working

The two cameras are available/visible to HikConnect but disabled/hidden for live view. Just click the closed eye for each camera so that it's open. Then go back to your app Home Screen and drag down the screen to refresh the connection (or exit fully and re open the app). The cameras will then be working.
