Good Day, Please see the attached image
The Dahua Config Tool doesn't find PTZ Controller?
If I unplug the LAN cable from the PTZ controller I get a request time out(exactly what I expect)
but I don't know why the config tool does not find the Keyboard?
Please see pic and advise
