Hello,
I use to have work with HILOOK cameras and NVRs, and everything is OK except one thing. I will try to explain as better as I can.
So, when I go to recorded video (in APP) I can see only the blue scale over the time lapse. The cameras has been set to alarm with "motion" and they do. But It has no sign of this motion alarms in the recorded videos. I will try better with some photos for reference. I did try anything I can but no result so far. Both NVRs has a permanent record with motion alarm in its cameras.
The first screenshot is from chinese no-name NVR+ Cameras and XMEye APP, the second is - HILOOK NVR+HILOOK IP CAM on the HILOOK APP.
