Dahua plug-in for the Edge browser?

when i try logging into my dauha nvr via edge or chrome i keep getting this message.
Also, when logging into a camera it keeps saying to download a plugin. Which i do, but it keeps doing it every time.
My laptop is running windows 10 the laptop is about 4 weeks old

The plug-in browser app that Dahua recommend is Easy Viewer

sorry but the link points to Easy viewer running on Chrome OS only...

I really need some plugin for Edge/Chrome/Firefox on Win10 OS...
