Hello, i was wondering would this be suitable for a cctv system to give me battery back up if the power failed.
DA1010-EX: Dantech Electronic Enginering

it has the following :
Integrated 5-Port Gigabit network switch for 10/100/1000Mbs
PoE+ power injector with 4 load output ports
30W of load power availability per port, to IEEE 802.3:2012
Mode B (Delivers power over spare pairs on 10/100 networks only)
10Ah VRLA Yuasa Battery Pack

The cameras i would be using are the hikvision 8MP colorVU
power PoE: 802.3af, 36 V to 57 V, 0.18 A to 0.11 A, max. 6.5 W

Also If you look at the data sheet in the above link it states that if i had an output load of 50w it would give me power for 9.5 hours with the 10ah battery
I am wondering would this be correct, it seems to be a lot longer than other models of power supply units.

Thank you

At a glance, all looks correct/suitable.
I guess that's 9.5hrs for a single camera.
You would need to be recording to microSD cards in the cameras for this setup to be beneficial.

It's more common for people to use an NVR.
To power the cameras from the POE ports on the NVR.
To protect the whole system with a standard mains/PC UPS.
