Default wattage

What is the default wattage for the 3.6, 4 and 6mm poe cameras. I am trying to get a poe switch that can support or rather feed 16 poe cameras without having one or several cameras off.

It depends entirely on the camera model and what you'll be having it do. Most smaller fixed cameras will use a maximum of 7W, but it will be stated on the model's datasheet just how much it'll draw.
A camera with built-in IR will require more power when the IRs are active, and a PTZ / motorized zoom model will require even more.
