I have a DS-KV8213 Door station set up with a reed switch connected to Alarm Input 1. I know the reed switch works corrcetly because if the door is opened and then closed after 5s, I see an Event in iVMS-4200 for "Close Door Failed Alarm' but if it is closed within 5s, then no event.
I have two questions for experienced users here:
1. Is there anyway to see the current door status (closed/open) within iVMS (or anywhere else like the device web page)?
2. Can the time of 5 seconds be changed?
