Device offline after upgraded router.

Hey guys,
From some odd reason, my status on my receiver is showing offline. I recently upgraded my internet router and now my Hik-Connect app is not finding my server because its showing offline in the status section in network. I have a Ethernet cable connected directly to the router so there shouldn't be an issue. What do you think is the issue?

Everything is correct. It was working fine with the old router but now its offline with the new router.

Did you actually click through and read that Post?
Points 5 and 6 are most likely the issues if you have just changed your router.
