Hi
I know how to enable/disable sound on live view/playback.
However locally - when a user is logged in, is there a way to disable it so they don’t realise it has sound capabilities? This is in a business environment. By default it is muted and we don’t want to advertise this feature. I have checked settings and permissions but couldn’t find anything. Currently it wouldn’t take much to unmute it.
Currently some are installed on monitors with no speakers so that solves the issue. However there are several cables to TVs which ultimately plays sound. Worst case scenario we could remove the TVs but I am hoping for an easier solution.
We still want to keep the sound remotely.
