DMSS not ringing for Intercom?

Having a weird problem, phone not logged in the account but scanned the P2P QR and only a message notification pops up but doesnt ring, BUT it did before, when the phone was logged in with an account etc..

On phone 2 just notifications no ringing, on my phone it wasnt ringing for half a day since adding it, but for some reason it just started ringing, so confused as hell right now

Any one else with issues like this?
