Do outdoor WiFi cameras work with hikconnect?

hello, I would need wireless outdoor cameras, I found these models but on the characteristics it says that in wifi it is not possible to use hikconnect has anyone tried them?
here are the models:

The way I understand it, you need to access via a NVR. No direct connection via wifi.
Which sucks because with a 128GB SD card, who needs a NVR for a run of the mill installation?
