For a camera that can offer that exact focal FoV, you would need to be looking at a varifocal model.
The DS-2CD2746G2-IZS is Hikvision's most current Varifocal Dome, with a focal length that is adjustable from 2.8~12mm.
For a more affordable alternative, a fixed-lens option with a 4mm focal length will offer a FoV close to what you need.
The newest Fixed-lens Dome is DS-2CD2146G2-ISU, which has a 4MP resolution and a 83° FoV in 4mm.
If you require a higher resolution, the DS-2CD2185FWD-I is another good option (but without AcuSense technology), offering 8MP resolution and a 79° FoV in 4mm.
