Door bell DS-KB6403 using hik-connect app

Hi - Noticed today that the video freezes often when viewing live. On both playback and live I have error "Video playing failed. Error code:260015)

DS-KB6403 Doorbell installed with HK Connect app Version v4.10.1.1113 on a Samsung S9+. Is there a setting I need to set or is there some dev work needed to fix?
