Hi, I have a DS-KV8113-WME1(B) along with two DS-KH6320-WTE1 tablets, without NVR.
After updating the firmware on the tablets (something wasn't working for me so I figured I'd do an update) in the hikconnect app my device-tablet disappears (shows as unknown and I have no option to view or open the gate/gate).
This is very annoying because I often open the gate/gateway using the app and the only thing that helps is to wait or call the intercom - then it magically normally displays that someone is calling and I have the option to open.
From another person I asked about this problem I was asked why I didn't have the gate station connected directly to the app instead of the tablet, so I did that and now this disappearing problem doesn't appear.
Finally, the motion detection option works but here a new problem appeared, well, when ringing on the gate station as well as detecting motion, the system does not take a picture of the call or what it detects - I only have a ringing or camera icon.
Of course there is an sd card in the door station - I specifically took the station apart today to make sure the card was there and replaced it with a larger memory.
I would still use the option to connect the tablet to the app cloud well but just this disappearing and lack of motion detection is a bit annoying.
