Door Entry Doorbell DS-KV8113-WME1 + Phone

Hello,

I have a Doorbell DS-KV8113-WME1 and a phone.

DS-KV8113-WME1 : Firmware_V2.2.15_211104
Phone : Huawei P20 with Hik-connect V4.20.1.1126

When the app is open, no problem, it's working fine.
When the app is closed, my phone is not ringing when someone push the door bell.

I've done everything said on the help page : Battery usage/Optimized app/Unmonitored app etc..

Is it normal ?
I'll change my phone soon, is it working better on a samsung/iphone ?

How about notifications from motion detection- do you receive them with a real photo or a black picture of a bell?

I have Samsung A08 Android 10 and iphone 7 both are receiving calls when someone rings the doorbell. I tweaked all the areas in both phones to allow this as it didn't work initially.

I receive a black picture of a bell, i didn't know you could receive a picture
I'll try with a samsung, could you please tell me what is the "tweaking" to do on the samsung for it to work please ?
