DS-2CD21434G0-I substream resolution?

Hello.
I'm trying to integrate my DS-2CD21434G0-I into my alarm central and this model only supports http and JPEG with a maximum resolution of 640 * 480.
I have therefore set up the substream correctly and call this URL;

http://192.168.1.XXX/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/102/picture?videoResolitionWidth=320&videoResolutionHight=240

The problem is that this snaphot is 2688 * 1520. (Mainstream?)
If I set calls;
http://192.168.1.XXX/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/102/httpPreview? everything looks correct, tho this is livestream and no JPEG, but correct resolution.
I have read a lot of posts in this forum that are similar to this problem but have not found a solution. Hence my question. Apologies if the answer is already somewhere!

You have mis-spelled both resolution parameters in your link above. The accepted parameters are:

videoResolutionWidth
videoResolutionHeight
snapShotImageType

So try those with: snapShotImageType=JPEG

Also the spec says "Only support the main stream channel snapshot." so you may need to run your request on main stream ID 101 not sub-stream ID 102.

I'm sorry, my bad, to much copy+paste from various forums
Unfortunately It still doesnt work with correct spelling of the resolution. I assume that my string still is incorrect;

http://192.168.1.XXX/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/picture?videoResolutionWidth=320&videoResolutionHeight=240

It looks like everything after "picture?" doesnt matter. If I remove efterything after this the same picture shows up.

Yes, I get the same with my cameras. Sorry I can't help further. Perhaps only certain devices support the resolution settings? The spec does say for supported values query: "/Streaming/channels/ID/picture/capabilities" but my cameras don't even respond to that!
