Firmware DS-2CD2387G2-LU firmware link?

Hi

I am having a bit of a problem trying to find the correct link to download the firmware for my cameras with model number - DS-2CD2387G2-LU.

Would anyone be able to point me to the url i need to download it from?

i found this link but this not 100% sure it is correct - DS-2CD2387G2-L(U)

I have now just found this link - Firmware - Could someone confirm this one is okay

The V5.7.17 firmware from the Hikvision website is the latest version that should work with your camera.

Thanks for confirming. I have updated one of my cameras and the UI is very different now.

If i wanted to change the events on the camera i get this error

I am on a mac using chrome as a browser. is there a browser i should change to?

Yes, we see a similar error when accessing from the Mac in our office.

Unfortunately, Hikvision is not showing much urgency to fix several issues with accessing Hikvision cameras/NVRs on Mac.

We shared the above issue with them and they basically said that the component required for browser access is not supported by MacOS, so any features you can't access in a browser would have to be accessed using iVMS-4200 for Mac (V2.0.0.17).

Alternatively, we have seen positive feedback from several Mac users who have switched to using the 3rd-party software SecuritySpy to access & manage their Hikvision devices.
