This camera keeps flipping from Video adjustment off to video adjustment center all by itself.

firmware is v5.6.3 build 190923 I upgraded the firmware and rebooted but it still does it.

So just to confirm, you have updated to the latest firmware for this camera - v5.6.6 - and it is still changing that video adjustment setting on its own?

Yes it just did it again after the greatest and latest v 5.6.6 was installed

I have another camera just like it but the model number is HES326-WDA and I cannot find a place to upgrade the firmware.
Can you advise v 5.5 .61

Ok, that is a OEM/rebadged Hikvision camera, it may potentially support the same firmware as the 2563G0. The issue may be that as an OEM product it may use custom firmware that is not used by the original camera model, so if the main hikvision firmware does not work you will need to contact the OEM brand that rebadged this camera to source the latest firmware.

I dont know if it will work. There is no place in the configuration screens to upload a new firmware
