Hi, I have a 12mp DS-2CD63C2F-IS that does not provide platform access in Network configuration for use with Hik-Connect.

Can anyone assist? I have the latest firmware installed.

Can I just double check you do have the latest firmware installed, that Fisheye is a R4 Family camera and the latest firmware is v5.4.5

If it isn't on that version can you update and let us know if you still have the problem.

Hi, Yes, I have attached screenshots to indicate this. Still no Platform access.

I've just double-checked with Hikvision support and they have confirmed that due to the complexity of streaming fisheye camera it is not possible to remote access fisheye cameras with P2P. You can only get remote access by setting up port forwarding, we have some instructions on this here - [Tutorial Megathread] Getting Started With Your Hikvision System
