I need some help, we have installed 6pc of DS-2CD63C5G0-IVS/360gr in a groserystore.
The 360 cameras have installed SD-cards, and they are connected to a NVR DS-9664NI-I8 along with other security dome cameras from Hikvision.
The NVR manage the 360s as usual cameras, and the NVR can produce Heatmap reports and peuple counting from the 360s cameras. But not intersection analysis. If Im right, the NVR doesent support intersection analysis. But, therefor I want to take out that report directly from the 360 cameras web interface or IVMS-4200. But when I try to generate reports in the camera internet webportal, it doeset works.
