Hi All, I previously posted about the install of three of these cameras. Hands-up, I'm not a Hikvision-qualified engineer; my involvement in this project was on the back of a huge electrical and systems contract from a regular client (restaurant/bar chain) and I agreed to help them out. I did a dry-run and soak-test for two weeks in my workshop with all three cameras and, out of the box, they all configured no probs, streamed via HikConnect and emailed daily people reports. I did not have to change a single port, etc; is it the case with HikConnect enabled, port changes are not necessary anyway? On installing, on-site and out of the box config (plus HikConnect enabled), all three streamed images and I was able to view-edit config pages, etc, but not the people counting web page options. Anyone any thoughts on this; do I need to assign separate ports (80,554,8000, etc) for each and enable them on the client firewall, etc? Thanks in advance.
