DS-2DE3A404IW-DE - 120 second preset dwell?

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this? Recently bought a DS-2DE3A404IW-DE which works great and pleased with it.

My previous hikvision PTZ allowed me to set preset pan at 15 seconds and 40 speed so the camera switched from preset to preset every 15 seconds. I've noticed with this particular model the minimum is 120 seconds which is not ideal for my application.

Is this a limitation of the camera itself being a value series or is there a firmware available allowing me to select 15 second preset?

Does anyone have the same camera and have the same 120 preset?

Further messing about with this, Setting the patrols on the NVR allows me to set each preset to speed 40 and time 15 and save but once ive saved the patrol it reverts back to 120. Does anyone know if this is a bug or limitation of the camera itself.
