DS-2DE4220IW-DE Stuck in Pattern PTZ

My DS-2DE4220IW-DE has become stuck in pattern mode - Usually when you have selected patrol or pattern then you select a single preset it takes it out of auto mode. Not this time - Reboot, same issue, wile PTZ settings, same issue, factory reset to all but IP/users - same issue, power cycle, same issue.

Help please!

You have tries most things, so it may be time to speak to your supplier.

Have you checked whether there is newer firmware available?
An upgrade may resolve the issue.
