DS-2DF7274-A PTZ - Auto-Focus Motor Not Working

Hi again with my speed dome.

I have a trouble witch ths auto focusing

When i start the camerz it's working but after few hours, the focus doesn't work.

I open the camera et unmount everythings.

I see the little motor for the focusing
And at the start he work good but after few moment he seems blocked

Have you ever see this trouble ?

We have not seen this exact issue with this model before, but it is quite an old PTZ model and PTZs can develop these kinds of hardware faults in their moving components from just years of regular use.

The camera will be out of warranty so if you cannot repair the motor yourself the only option will be to buy a new replacement.
