Hik-Connect DS-2DF7274-A Speed dome and Hik Connect?

Hello,
I have a DS-2DF7274-A speed dome
I made the last update
and in the pdf it is written that there is hikconnect set up,
however when I go to the settings it does not appear I cannot activate it had you already had this problem??

What firmware version did you use to update this camera?

There are a newest version (5.52)no hikconnect too

How are you accessing the PTZ, browser or iVMS-4200?

If you are accessing with a browser, which browser are you using? (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc...)

No one have hikconnect option

okay, this is a very old PTZ model (the v5.5.52 firmware was released in 2017) and I can only think that although the release notes say support for Hik-Connect this must only be for certain models covered by this R3 platform firmware.

Maybe someone else on here has this same model or a similar R3 model and can feedback if they also have issues with Hik-Connect.
