DS-7604NI-K1/4P Day/Night switch inactive?

Hi!

I have an issue with my DS-7604NI-K1/4P Day/night change, menu inactive.
When it's dark, light on camera is always on.
Problem is that menu where i could change this setting is inactive.
Possible to do something to make it active?

Hi @Arunas

What model is the camera please, and is this menu inactive for all of the connected cameras?
Is the camera connected to the NVR's POE port or via a separate switch, please?

I would also update to the newest firmware in case that fixes it - update to V4.71.000 build 220224 first, and then to V4.72.109 build 230107, which is the latest
