DS-7608NI-I2 4mp colorvu recording sound

For some reason my gen 2 isn't recording sound viewed on my app. It plays sound through the app yet its not there when I playback recordings.
My other 1 is fine. Any ideas?

Have you checked step 4 of this guide on setting up audio on the Hikvision cameras?
