DS-7608NI-K2/8P not recording a ColorVu camera?

Hi All,
I have connected a HV ColorVu DS-2CD2347G2H camera to my DS-7608NI-K2 and it will not record that camera.
I can view the camera and view it through the Hik-connect app but the NVR will not record it.. I was wondering if the two are not compatible or if there is a setting somewhere.
Also, on live view, if I select the colourVu camera to be the largest on say a 5-1 screen it will not display and shows blank . it has to be on the smaller ones to display. My other HV cameras on this system works fine.

Any ideas will be much appreciated

What other camera models do you have connected to the NVR?

Do you have the record schedule set in the NVR storage menu?
