Firmware DS-7608NI-K2/8P NVR Firmware downgrade from V4.3?

Hi I don’t know if anyone can help but I upgraded my Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2/8P to version 4.3 firmware but I’m unable to get it online it doesn’t show on sadp and I can’t add it to Hik-Connect when serial no is entered I get the error device off line. Could anyone advise me if it is possible to revert back to version 3

Hi @IanW

I don't think you can move back as V4 was such a significant update, but I've not heard of this causing problems with the NVR connecting to the network.
Is your NVR still on, with a hardwire connection to your router?
If so, is your PC connected to the same router?
(It's worth trying with an ethernet connection to the router too.)
